How to check toner levels in most printers
Many printers show estimated toner or ink levels through the display panel, printer software, or the manufacturer’s app. Look for a Supplies, Status, Reports, or Printer Preferences area.
On networked printers, the device’s web interface may also show supply levels. If you can find the printer’s model number but are still not sure which supply to order, call us.
